At HyET Solar, we fabricate unique flexible lightweight solar modules. As Technology Support, you will play a key role in supporting the research and development (R&D) activities aimed at improving our product. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting samples from R&D rolls
- Performing maintenance on R&D production tools
- Transporting rolls between machines using a forklift
- Operating and monitoring processes on R&D machines
No prior experience is required. Our ideal candidate has:
- A practical, hands-on mentality
- Affinity with photovoltaic technology
- Fluent English or Dutch communication skills.
- Affinity with working in a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer:
- Our terms and conditions are conforming the Collective Agreement Metalektro (CAO);
- A fulltime position for 40 hours per week, mostly within office hours;
- A salary ranging between € 2.800,- and € 3.500,- for a 40 hours working week depending on relevant working experience;
- 27 holidays and 13 scheduled paid days per year for a fulltime job;

We are scaling up from pilot to commercial production, with diverse applications in modern, uniquely shaped roofs, facades, and other construction-limited environments such as airports, shopping malls, and distribution centre’s.
