As Contamination & Yield Improvement Engineer, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-performance solar modules. In this role, you will analyze and improve key processes impacting the reliability and efficiency of our product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mapping and mitigating particle contamination sources that affect product performance.
- Identifying and addressing limiting factors in production processes to optimize yield, defined as the fraction of initial rolls successfully transformed into solar modules.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and:
- MSc in engineering or science
- Practical experience in a cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
- Affinity with photovoltaic technology
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
- Affinity with working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with writing engineering documents.
What We Offer:
- Our terms and conditions are conforming the Collective Agreement Metalektro (CAO);
- A fulltime position for 40 hours per week, mostly within office hours;
- A salary ranging between € 3.300,- and € 5.000,- for a 40 hours working week depending on relevant working experience;
